Lauren Lanham - Membership and Marketing Coordinator

Lauren is a recent graduate of Indiana University. There she received a degree political science and journalism with a specialization in public relations and advertising and a minor in international studies.  Her passion lies in creating meaningful and strategic communications plans that have a positive influence on the community she is serving. Lauren has vast experience in the nonprofit sector. Working on campaigns for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana, The Humane Society of the United States, The Jewish Community Relations Council of Indianapolis and Indiana University Dance Marathon, she was able to acquire organizational, project management, and client communications skills while learning to work in different environments.

Matt Brown - Dining Room Manager

An illustrator at heart and in practice, Matt has been immersed in creative outlets his entire life. Knowing his career path from a very young age, he endlessly sketched the world around him, as well as the people in it. Matt is currently acquiring freelance work in various practices (publishing, logos, identity), and loving every minute of it. After receiving an art Associate’s Degree in Graphic Communications: Illustration from Prairie State College, Matt enrolled at Columbia College Chicago where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration.

Marge Hanson – Banquet Manager

Marge's experience in hospitality began at Glenwood Oaks, continued through to Bogart’s Charhouse and most recently, Balagios of Homewood. Marge loves the food and beverage industry and her extensive experience in management and hospitality will be a great contribution to the team here at FCC. She is “thrilled and excited” about starting her new chapter here at Flossmoor Country Club. She currently resides in Lansing, Illinois with her husband Chet of 25 years. They have 4 grown children; 3 sons and a daughter. In her spare time, Marge enjoys spending time with her family and being grandma to Noah, Molly and Colton.

Mackenzie Dye – Banquet Sales Manager

Mackenzie is the key contact for booking your special events and banquets! She came to FCC as administrative assistant in 2014 with 8 years of hospitality experience, and shortly after made the transition to sales, planning, and management. Prior to FCC, she received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in English with a concentration in the creative writing of poetry, as well as a minor in communication. Her education in the arts supports her attention to detail and keeps her thinking about the way an event communicates with its guests. From décor choices to food and beverage selection, she loves to explore how these key parts work together to send the right message. It is her goal to make sure that every detail is thought of and refined to ensure all event visions are made into reality!

Kevin Labriola  

Jodi Considine – Controller

Jodi comes to us with a background in construction accounting; we look forward to her fresh ideas and new perspective.  A graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign with a degree in Business plus the experience of working in the accounting field since a young age has brought Jodi to this new opportunity here at Flossmoor Country Club.  When not “accounting” Jodi enjoys boating with her daughter, Heidi.

Ellen Johnson - Accounts Payable

Ellen started here at Flossmoor Country Club as receptionist, always there to greet members and answer any questions or concerns. In 2015 she was promoted to accounts payable, maintaining our billing and relationships with our vendors. Before coming to FCC, Ellen ran an office specializing in property management. She has been married for 40 years, and spends her free time with her beautiful three grandkids.

Mark Swinford  

Scott Seanor – Executive Chef

Chef Seanor comes to us from the Atlantic Athletic Club where he served as the Chef de Cuisine for four years. Previously, he was at St. Ives Country Club in Duluth, Georgia and Turning Stone Casino and Resort in Verona, New York as Executive Sous Chef. His awards list is long and includes the Executive Chef Certification from the American Chef Association, 2010 recipient of the Silver Medal at the Inland Seafood Challenge, and recipient of the Silver Medal at the Winterfest Hot Food Competition. One of his greatest accomplishments was being the Chef in Charge of Hospitality Catering during two PGA Championships at the Atlanta Athletic Club serving chalets, the VIP lounge, member and PGA officials' dining.
